Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 14-20 business days from the day you place your order. Many items arrive sooner.

Separate shipments
Items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take 2-5 days to update after dispatch. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delays
During busy periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, deliveries may take longer. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
